This product did not pass Arth's ingredient audit. The confirmed ingredient list includes phenoxyethanol — a synthetic preservative on Arth's restricted list due to documented contact sensitisation in a subset of users — and Sodium C14-C16 Olefin Sulfonate, a surfactant with a similar profile to SLS. The brand's marketing claims (ammonia-free, phosphate-free, formaldehyde-free, phthalate-free) are accurate but do not address these two flagged ingredients. It does not meet the Arth Verified bar as currently formulated.
