Fenugreek, fennel, and blessed thistle are traditional galactagogues — herbs used for centuries to support breast milk production. Fenugreek has the most extensive human trial data of any galactagogue, with several randomised controlled trials documenting increased milk output. Red raspberry leaf supports postpartum uterine recovery. Peppermint adds digestive support. No artificial additives.
Steep one tea bag in 8 oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups per day during breastfeeding. Begin use after milk has established (typically 3–5 days postpartum). Consult your midwife or lactation consultant if you have concerns about milk supply.
Sizes available: Box of 20 tea bags.
